Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The major / primary roles and responsibilities of the job will be as follows, including but not limited to:

Prepare/ support in preparing the Annual Financial Statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, etc.
Preparation of Notes to Accounts for annual financial statements.
Process the cross charges / inter-company transactions within the group companies and prepare the related party statements and inter-company reconciliations.
Ensure that the month end / quarter end closing activities are performed as per the timelines. o Review and timely closure of bank reconciliation for European entities
Preparation of MSME returns on half yearly basis.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

o In-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP and taxes.

Working experience of SAP FICO Module.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in leading team o Stakeholder management
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team manager and player; understands how to work with different teams. o Good command over MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
