Job Description

Position: Sr. Manager Financial Control

Location:

Experience & Qualification

Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
10–12 years of post-qualification experience
Industry Preference:
Manufacturing / FMCG / Food Processing

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
financial control and reporting
function across corporate and plant operations.
Ensure compliance with
Statutory Audit
,
US GAAP
, and
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
.
Oversee
month-end and year-end closing activities
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage and review
plant-level accounting
, including cost control, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Partner with cross-functional teams for
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A)
.
Support internal and external audits; ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls.
Drive
process improvements
and standardization across plants and business units.
Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 finance professionals, fostering collaboration and capability building.
Provide financial insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
