Job Description

4+ years experienced Account Executive/Associate

Kolkata

The candidate must have strong expertise in MS Excel & Google Sheets (mandatory).

Zoho Books/Zoho Payroll

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete accounting operations including invoicing, payments (salaries, vendors, freelancers), and financial documentation.
Handle billing operations and maintain accurate billing counts on a regular basis.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of GST and TDS paperwork and filings.
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare periodic financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance during audits.
Track receivables and payables, issue payment reminders, and support recovery follow-ups.
Regularly follow up with clients regarding pending payments.

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong command over
MS Excel
and
Google Sheets
(must-have).
In-depth understanding of
GST
,
TDS
, and general accounting practices.
Working knowledge of
Zoho Books
and
Zoho Payroll
preferred.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
