Report this jobKey Responsibilities:Collect and verify daily sales reports (cash + online) from all 3 airport outlets.Manage cash collections from outlets and ensure timely deposit to bank with supporting proof.Perform POS software reconciliation with actual outlet sales (cash, UPI, card).Track and reconcile online payment gateways (card swipe machines, UPI, QR code payments).Maintain proper documentation of cash handovers, bank deposit slips, and outlet-wise sales data.Coordinate with outlet managers/front desk to ensure daily sales closing is accurate.Flag and resolve cash shortages, overages, or mismatches between POS and bank.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reconciliation statements.Support internal audit requirements and ensure compliance with cash handling SOPs.

Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of experience in outlet-level accounting.Proven experience in cash handling, POS reconciliation, and multi-outlet reporting.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and POS systems.Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to coordinate across teams.Comfortable working around airport outlet timings, including occasional extended hours.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
