Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive company revenue. This role serves as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to execute tailored solutions.
  • Develop account plans to grow accounts and ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline status in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales or account management experience (B2B or B2C, depending on industry).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry-specific] sales (e.g., SaaS, advertising, media, healthcare).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Work Environment:

  • May involve occasional travel to client sites or trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
