Key Responsibilities:

Daily Making of Receipt & Payments Entries with Adjusted as per Advice

Daily Min 10 Calls to Customers for Overdue Payments Follow-ups

Prepared and Shared Receivable outstanding reports from Tally Software

Every Tuesday Con-call with Salesman for Weekly Collections

Every Saturday Prepared Salesman wise Collection Reports

Follow-up should be via Calls & Mails

Sending Outstanding Reports via Mails

Sending Daily Sales Bills through Software by Automated Option

Vendors Bills Checking & Booking in Tally (Checking process will be teach)

Raised the Query if Any Discrepancy in the Purchase Bills

Vendors & Customer Ledger Reconciliation.

Every Month Sales Data Reconciliation with Software Data

Every Month Bank Reconciliation

Prepared Monthly TDS Payment & Quarterly Return filing Sheet.

Monthly GSTR 2B Reconciliation with Books of Data

Support to Accounts team/Manager whenever Required

Support in the Annual Audit work

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Accounts (Master Preferred)3 To 5 Years of Relevant Experience in the Accounts Strong Knowledge of Tally prime & Excel, Strong Analytical Skills & Attention of Detail of work. Polite In Nature, Learning Ability to Work under pressure.
