Note: who are prior knowledge in Logistics Billing will be given first preference

Job Role & Description.

Daily Preparing Billing as per rates given by salesman in the company software.

Sending Daily Bills to Customers on mails & Hard Copies by Courier.

Pulling Sales Bills to Tally By Export tools & Match with Software.

she should good knowledge of attention in Error free Billing.

Monthly Reconciliation of Sales Data with E-Invoice Data.

Solve Queries received from Customers/Salesman/Vendors.

should be good knowledge of Customer Service handling,

Making Receipt Entries from Bank Statement.

Adjust the Receipt entries as per advise given by Customers.

Preparing weekly Collection Reports & Con-call with salesman for weekly collection.

Regularly Customer Ledger Reconciliation & follow-ups for Overdue Payments.

Sending Customers Outstanding reports & Ledger Statements.

Supports to Manager whenever Possible.

Other work Assign by Manager & related to Accounts activity.
