Job Title: Account Executive - GST, TDS, Invoicing, Audit, and Tally
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, billing, and payments
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
- Reconcile accounts, including bank reconciliations and ledger management
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare and manage invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
- Maintain and manage Tally ERP software for accounting and financial reporting
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss accounts
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits and tax filings
- Ensure timely filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and other regulatory filings
- Provide support for account management, including correspondence with clients, vendors, and authorities
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
