Job Description

As an Account Executive at Tip Top Furniture, Asia's leading furniture manufacturing company in Kerala, you will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, creating sales proposals, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to formulate effective strategies. The ideal candidate for this full-time on-site position in Malappuram should have a proven track record in sales, customer service, and account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. While prior knowledge of the furniture industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The working location will be at the Karungapally showroom, with accommodation provided. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and paid sick time. The work schedule will consist of day shifts and morning shifts, with shift allowances and a yearly bonus. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in-person.
