Hiring Account Executive for Thane, Mumbai Location.

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations of the school. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, statutory compliance, school fee collection systems, and financial reporting, preferably with prior experience in a CBSE school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.Handle fee collection, and defaulters’ follow-ups. Prepare and maintain cash books. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.

Assist in preparing school budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with vendors, and other stakeholders.Handle procurement billing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Petty Cash Handling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

1-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution.MS Office (Vlookupy & basic excel formulas are Mandatory)

Good understanding of school accounting practices. Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
