Company Description

A chartered accountant firm in Ranchi looking for Experience Executive to manage finance function.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Ranchi. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing reports, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Experience in Finalization of accounts, GST, TDS
Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights
Proficiency in using Tally software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in commerce or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the financial sector is a plus
