Account Executive — Sales & Customer Success

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive in Sales & Customer Success, located in Pune. In this role, the Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, executing sales strategies to meet goals, identifying new opportunities, and providing solutions based on client needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing customer service inquiries to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success, and Client Communication
• Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Knowledge of Healthcare Analytics, Performance Management, and Data Solutions
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry or prior experience in working with clients in healthcare domains is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Pune
