Job Description

Hunt for new business: Identify, engage, and close new RPA opportunities across various industries.
Grow existing accounts: Drive expansion within current clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for RPA and adjacent solutions.
Consultative selling: Understand client challenges, map RPA use cases, and articulate Valentas value proposition through discovery sessions and tailored demos.
Pipeline management: Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with delivery teams: Work closely with business analysts, and solution architects to design and scope custom automation solutions.
Market intelligence: Stay current on RPA trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to effectively position Valenta.
CRM hygiene: Use HubSpot to track activities, maintain client records, and generate sales reports.

Qualifications

6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or technology-driven services.
Experience selling RPA or Intelligent Automation solutions (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is highly preferred.
Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of exceeding quotas.
Comfortable engaging C-level executives and conducting ROI-based conversations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
