Job Description

Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Faridabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Client: Personal Care brand

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the financial health of the organization. ____________ Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting tasks including journal entries, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, receipts, and payroll.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Support in preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
Maintain and update accounting software and systems (e.g., Tally, BG).
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA preferred).
2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, BG, MS Excel).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
