We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support the company’s accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, GST & TDS entries, invoice preparation, purchase & sales entries, and coordinating with internal teams and auditors.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting software, taxation basics, and financial record maintenance. This is an on-site role.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update daily accounting records (purchase, sales, cash & bank entries).
Prepare and issue invoices, credit/debit notes, and challans.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Coordinate with the sales and purchase departments for billing and documentation.
Support in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.
Assist in audits and provide required data and reports.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Report regularly to the senior accountant or management.
Requirements:B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or trading company preferred.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
