Rajalakshmi Engineering College, established in 1997 under Rajalakshmi Educational Trust, is an autonomous institution affiliated with Anna University in Chennai. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Chennai. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, oversee account activities, handle client communications, and work collaboratively across teams. Tasks include generating leads, maintaining detailed records of interactions, identifying client requirements, and ensuring service satisfaction. The role requires meeting sales targets, presenting proposals, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Relationship Management
Skills in Client Account Management, Business Development, and Negotiation
Ability to manage Records, Documentation, and provide Reporting on account performance
Strong Analytical, Problem-solving, and Decision-making capabilities
Technical knowledge or experience in Engineering or Education industries is a plus
Proven ability to meet sales goals and targets effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
