Key responsibility:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
· Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, invoice generation, and customer collections.
· Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and monthly reconciliations.
· Conduct bank reconciliations and verify ledger balances to ensure financial accuracy.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during financial audits and reporting cycles.
· Manage GST,TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations.
Utilize accounting software(e.g., Tally, SAP,ZOHO Books) to record transactions, generate reports, and manage financial data efficiently.
