Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to accounting principles.
Perform regular reconciliations of cash sales to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Regularly review and analyze ledger accounts to identify discrepancies, errors, and areas for improvement, providing detailed reports as necessary.
Generate monthly financial reports based on reconciliations and ledger scrutiny, supporting informed decision-making.
Assist with reviewing expenses, other records etc. as assigned.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Candidate Should be Graduate with relevant Field.
Candidate have at least 2 years' experience in accounting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook).
Require Knowledge of Tally ERP.
