Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliation
* Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices
* Maintain accurate records of all receivables and prepare regular reports
* Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve discrepancies
* Support month-end closing activities related to AR
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) role
* Strong understanding of accounting principles
* Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
