The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense vouchers
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts regularly
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (vendors, auditors, banks)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA – optional but preferred)
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance .
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
