## Job Title: Account Executive Talent Acquisition

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive Talent Acquisition*to manage and grow client relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and talent acquisition expertise to help clients attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client hiring needs, workforce plans, and business objectives
Partner with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely and effective candidate placements
Present and negotiate recruitment solutions, pricing, and contracts
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with internal teams
Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring recommendations to clients
Meet or exceed revenue, placement, and client satisfaction targets
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
[3 7] years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or recruitment sales
Proven success in account management or business development
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with ATS and CRM systems
Results-oriented with a consultative mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in agency or RPO environments
Industry specialization (eg, tech, healthcare, finance)
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Ability to influence and build trust at executive levels
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue growth and account retention
Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
Client satisfaction and renewal rates
Placement volume and margin performance
