Role Description

1. Coach Sourcing:

• Identify and reach out to certified health, fitness, and wellness coaches using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Evaluate profiles to ensure alignment with HCA’s standards and values.

1. Coach Onboarding:

• Guide shortlisted coaches through the onboarding process.
• Collect and verify required documents
• Help them create and complete their profiles on the HCA platform.

1. Profile Activation:

• Coordinate with the internal team to get approved profiles live on the platform.
• Ensure all profile data is accurate and visually appealing for users.

1. Relationship Management:

• Serve as the go-to contact for coaches during onboarding.
• Build strong relationships to maintain long-term collaboration.

1. CRM & Tracking:

• Maintain records of all conversations, progress, and onboarding stages using HCA’s CRM tools.
• Provide weekly updates on onboarding status.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Friendly and persuasive attitude for outreach and follow-ups.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with CRM systems.
• Previous experience in
