Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

· Perform regular account reconciliations.

· Prepare financial reports and statements.

· Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

· Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.

· Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation.

· Monitor and manage cash flow and expenses.

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

· Coordinate with other departments for financial information.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA) is a plus.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

· Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
