About the Role: As an Account Executive, you\u2019ll play a key role in driving revenue by identifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals. We seek passionate individuals who will lead our sales efforts, act as product brand ambassadors, and drive business profitability. Your key responsibilities in this role comprise acquiring new clients by deploying a mix of prospecting, networking, and cold calling. You will also handle the existing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Manage the entire sales pipeline to ensure that all leads are followed promptly. Stay updated on the market best practices and sales and account management regulations. Requirements Proven Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., SaaS, tech, services] Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools ","
