Job Description:

Position: Accounts Executive

Experience: 3-6 year

Industry: manufacturing

Qualification: B.com, MBA

Financial Data Management :

- Performing data entry and maintaining records of purchases, sales, cash, and bank transactions.

- Checking purchase and expense invoices, following up with vendors, and preparing for payment.

- Reconciling cash and bank accounts on a weekly basis.

Financial Transactions Coordination :

- Coordinating RTGS/NEFT payments and liaising with bankers.

- Ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients.

- Generating tax invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.

Reporting and Communication :

- Compiling required reports for management.

- Managing correspondence with vendors and transporters regarding debit and credit balances.

Import and Export Management :

- Facilitating licensing with import transactions and customs clearance with the assistance of agents.

- Handling import and export transactions.

Record Keeping and Compliance :

- Managing records in I-gate and IDPMS systems.

- Working on TDS calculations and payments.

- Understanding GST processes including returns, input tax credit, and reverse charge mechanism.
