Account Executive

eGrove Systems is looking for Accounts Executive to join its team of experts.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.

·      Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and bills.

·      Handle GST, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.

·      Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting and audits.

·      Bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.

·      Handle payroll processing and documentation.

·      Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related queries.

·      Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

·      3–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

·      Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

·      Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.

·      Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
