Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client portfolios, building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include creating and presenting sales proposals, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role requires organizational efficiency, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Portfolio Management skills
- Sales Strategy, New Business Development, and Target Achievement experience
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Time Management, Organization, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in retail or FMCG industries is an advantage
