Designation: Accounts Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting Manager: Manager - Finance & Accounts Location: Ahmedabad Head Office Job Description Qualification: B.Com / M.Com Gender Preference: Male candidates only Experience: (No. of years) : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting Specifications: Minimum 2 years in team management Purpose: The purpose of this is to ensure that good client relationships are maintained, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. Key Responsibilities: · Should have good knowledge of Tally, TDS & GST. · Debtors & creditors reconciliation. · Prepare & finalize accounting reports. · Bank liaising and documentation. · Ensure the timely and successful delivery for any queries. · Good understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. · Coordinating & completing annual audits. · Assigning tasks, directing staff and ensuring compliance & accuracy. · Lead and manage accounting teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Other Specifications: - Should have worked in mid-size company with 50-250 Cr turnover.
