Job Description

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, billing, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Monitor branch-wise petty cash usage and invoice tracking via ITDose

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the healthcare/diagnostics sector
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
