Job Description

As a Cisco Account Executive - Services for EMEA HQ Global Accounts, you will be responsible for owning the overall success of Cisco services business. Your role involves managing account plan activities, generating a balanced pipeline, forecasting and achieving bookings, ensuring contract profitability, and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customer executives to build and maintain deep relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor - Identify customer business issues, challenges, and care-abouts - Communicate solutions in a thought-provoking and insightful manner - Create groundbreaking business cases aligning Cisco solutions with customer strategies and desired outcomes - Demonstrate the value and ROI of Cisco's proposed solutions - Negotiate agreement terms, including price, service scope, and close sales within committed timelines - Stay updated on market and industry information Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years experience in solution sales as an Account Manager or Service Account Manager - Experience in sales or service delivery in the Enterprise market - Ability to build partner relationships, present analysis and business outcomes concisely - Effective coordination of multiple initiatives by leading cross-functional teams - Strong influence on decisions related to Cisco services and technologies - Understanding of IT Service Management and ability to map Cisco Services into existing IT landscapes - Knowledge of Cisco services offerings, software portfolio, data & analytics, security, and industry trends - Self-organized, self-motivated, with strong negotiation and presentation skills Additionally, as a part of Cisco, you will be joining a diverse team that celebrates individual skills and perspectives to drive an inclusive future.
