Job Description

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in all statutory and compliance activities. Your strong analytical skills, solid understanding of accounting principles, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and other routine financial transactions. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filing and compliance activities. - Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. - Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely record keeping. - Provide financial data and reports to management as required. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers with strong knowledge may be considered). - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting software. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.). - Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Attributes: - Experience in the service industry or laboratory/testing sector is an added advantage. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. - High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
