Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Account Executive to drive B2B loan growth by building strong relationships with Chartered Accountants, business owners, and financial consultants who can generate qualified leads. As a key part of the sales team, you will explain the loan products, benefits, eligibility, and process to prospects, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect, and build relationships with tax professionals, and SME advisors to generate B2B loan leads Explain loan products such as working capital loans, term loans, and business credit lines to prospects Guide leads through eligibility checks, documentation, and application processes Achieve weekly/monthly loan disbursal targets Provide excellent follow-up and relationship management post-loan disbursal Stay updated on loan features, interest rates, compliance, and competitor offerings Maintain CRM systems and reporting dashboards with accurate lead status updates What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in sales or financial services (loan sales preferred) Excellent verbal communication and client-handling skills Comfortable with field visits, telecalling, and email-based outreach Ability to explain financial products in simple, convincing language Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Familiarity with CRMs, loan documentation, and compliance is a plus Perks & Benefits: Competitive base salary + attractive incentives Travel allowance (if applicable) Professional growth opportunities Training on financial products and sales tools Join us in helping Indian businesses grow with faster, smarter financing solutions!
