Job Description Position Title Function Account Executive (AE) Key Accounts Management 1. Order creation, order monitoring, order execution and prepare Invoices for delivery, being responsible for customer orders, following up on delivery dates to make on time delivery. 2. Manage logistics; work with the operation team to assist schedule/quality/ inventory control and transportation to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Solve billing problems if any timely and coordinate to ensure prompt collection of account receivables. No overdue at any point of time. 4. Reconcile with customer orders, service and invoices for trouble-free commercials and on-time payments. 5. Close coordination with Internal cross functional teams for smooth customer order execution and dispatch where timelines, quality and services are major focus areas. Job Responsibilities 6. Update SS and SE reports regularly and place DV orders, to confirm the delivery date with production team. Prepare daily reports to cover Program sheet, Production, WIP, Inventory management and analysis, timely reporting and processing. 7. Manage customer complaints/voices, share experience and comments internally and provide best solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Good customer relationship management & communicating with customers promptly to maintain good cooperative relationships. 9. Report work regularly to achieve business goals. 1. Bachelors degree or above, 2-4 years of customer service working experience. 2. Have certain basic knowledge of international trade/electronic documents/business English, familiar with international trade process. 3. Printing knowledge and CE OEM experience should be preferable. 1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software Job Requirements- Experience 2. Basic problem-solving skills, be able to identify and report issues. 3. Strong communication skills, fast learning and relationship-building abilities to improve customer satisfaction and to achieve lower complaints rate. 4.
