Account Executive (AE)

Responsibilities

• Manage and own outbound sales.
• Attend events and represent SupportFinity in multiple occasions.
• Act as the primary point of contact, making sure clients feel valued and heard.
• Manage clients and fully owning the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and results.
• Stay on top of industry trends (HR Tech and recruitment) to offer the best advice and solutions.
• Monitor project progress and keep clients updated every step of the way.
• Handle any issues with a smile, turning challenges into opportunities.
