Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, finalizing offers, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. Your role will involve strong stakeholder management, timely closures, and building a robust candidate pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Collaborating with business/hiring managers to grasp requirements effectively. - Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc. - Coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and ensuring a seamless process. - Conducting offer negotiations and ensuring candidates join within specified timelines. - Maintaining and tracking recruitment MIS/reports. - Providing guidance and support to a team of recruiters at the DM level. Skills Required: - Profound understanding of the recruitment process. - Excellent communication skills and adept at stakeholder management. - Experience in both volume and niche hiring. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools. Qualification & Experience: - Graduation/Postgraduation degree (MBA in HR preferred). - For AM/DM roles: 5-8 years of experience in recruitment.
