Job Description

As a highly strategic and execution-focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Lead, you will spearhead our account-based marketing efforts to drive engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth across our most valuable accounts. Your role will involve combining in-depth market and account intelligence with targeted content and campaigns to reach and convert high-value prospects. Collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams is essential to create personalized experiences that convert interest into results. Conducting primary and secondary market research to identify key trends, industry challenges, and whitespace opportunities is crucial. You will be responsible for building detailed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas using internal and external data sources, as well as performing deep account profiling including intent data, firmographics, technographics, buying committee mapping, and trigger event tracking. In terms of campaign development and execution, you will develop and execute multi-channel, account-specific marketing campaigns across various platforms such as email, digital ads, social media, and direct outreach. Additionally, you will own the end-to-end email campaign lifecycle from copywriting and segmentation to automation, testing, and reporting, while also designing playbooks and outreach sequences aligned to the account journey and buying stage. Driving personalized outbound lead generation strategies focused on key accounts and buying centers will be a key responsibility. Collaboration with Sales and SDRs to align messaging, coordinate outreach, and ensure campaign follow-through is essential. Furthermore, developing one-to-one and one-to-few marketing approaches tailored to top-tier strategic accounts will be part of your focus. When it comes to measurement and optimization, you will define KPIs and success metrics for ABM programs, track and report on campaign performance, engagement levels, and ROI. Continuous testing and optimization of messaging, channels, and tactics to improve conversion rates and influence pipeline will be critical for success. The ideal candidate should possess 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years focused specifically on ABM or enterprise demand generation. A proven track record of building and scaling ABM programs that generate pipeline and revenue is required. Strong research and analytical skills, exceptional project management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary for this role.
