Job Title: Billing Executive / Accounts Assistant Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good knowledge of Tally and Excel can also apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly individual to handle walk-in customers, generate bills/invoices, and maintain accurate records using Tally and Excel. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic accounting knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Generate and print bills/invoices accurately using Tally. Record daily transactions and maintain billing data. Handle digital payments; reconcile daily collections. Coordinate with the accounts team for daily sales and billing reports. Address customer queries related to billing or products/services. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial documents. Prepare and share periodic sales and billing reports as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Tally ERP (Billing, Sales, Purchase, Inventory Modules). Good working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports). Basic understanding of accounting principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Education: Graduate in Commerce preferred. Tally certification or relevant accounting course is an added advantage.
