Job Summary:

Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills.
• Maintain records of financial transactions using Tally / Excel / ERP software.
• Bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports like P&L, Balance Sheet, GST returns, etc.
• Help with TDS and GST filings and other statutory compliance.
• Manage petty cash and support monthly closures.
• Coordinate with the senior accountant/auditor during audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in

  Tally ERP

  MS Excel

  , and other accounting software.
• Basic understanding of

  GST

  TDS

  , and other Indian tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Busy.
• Certification in GST, Tally, or accounting software (preferred but not required).
• Internships or prior training in accounting roles.

Salary

For below 2 Year Experience 18,000 To 20,000.
