Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience to grow in the accounting field. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills. Maintain records of financial transactions using Tally / Excel / ERP software. Bank reconciliation and journal entries. Assist in the preparation of financial reports like P&L, Balance Sheet, GST returns, etc. Help with TDS and GST filings and other statutory compliance. Manage petty cash and support monthly closures. Coordinate with the senior accountant/auditor during audits. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficient in Tally ERP , MS Excel , and other accounting software. Basic understanding of GST , TDS , and other Indian tax regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Busy. Certification in GST, Tally, or accounting software (preferred but not required). Internships or prior training in accounting roles. Salary For 2 Year and above Experience 22,000. For below 2 Year Experience 18,000 To 20,000.

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 4 years Industry: Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering / Steel / Construction / Crane Operations Department: Maintenance / Engineering Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience) Working Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in crane maintenance and exposure to production operations . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime, and improving equipment reliability and safety. Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. Special focus on EOT cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment maintenance and inspections. Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic , pneumatic , and rotating equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, etc.). Monitor the health and performance of mechanical systems in the production area. Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities to reduce downtime. Coordinate with the production team to ensure machine availability for smooth operations. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and documentation as per internal and statutory requirements. Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities. Supervise technicians and contractors during repair work and overhauls. Suggest and implement improvements in mechanical systems for higher efficiency and lower maintenance costs. Manage spare parts inventory related to mechanical equipment and cranes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering . Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance in a plant or manufacturing setup. Strong technical knowledge of EOT/gantry crane systems and mechanical components. Familiar with production machinery , conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, etc. Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices , tools, and techniques. Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in maintenance activities. Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and technical manuals. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience in handling breakdown analysis (Root Cause Analysis – RCA) . Certification in crane inspection or mechanical maintenance (preferred).
