Account Assistant

Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Experienced – Construction Industry) We are looking for a well-experienced Accounts Assistant to manage MIS operations, accounting records, and material/stock data for our construction projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel and should be familiar with routine accounting and reporting activities typically followed in construction companies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain MIS reports related to accounts, material consumption, and stock movement Record and monitor material and stock records in MS Excel accurately Handle day-to-day office accounting work including entries, vouchers, and ledgers Work on Tally (ERP/Prime) for accounting, reconciliation, and reporting Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements Coordinate with site teams for material inward/outward records Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and payment records Support senior accounts personnel in audits and reporting requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel (mandatory) Good understanding of accounts, MIS, and reporting Experience in material/stock accounting Construction company experience is mandatory Good personality with effective communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects Detail-oriented and well-organized Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
