Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account and Purchase Assistant located in Navi Mumbai. The Account and Purchase Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and overseeing procurement activities. Daily tasks include communicating with vendors and suppliers, maintaining accurate purchase records, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders
• Experience in Purchasing and Procurement
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
