account and audit executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account and Audit Executive to manage financial records, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in statutory and internal audits by preparing financial reports and supporting documents.
• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and management reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 months of working experience in accounting and audit.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho.
• Good understanding of tax laws, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
