Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Administrator to manage our accounting operations, financial reporting, and taxation compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Accounting: Manage accounts payable and receivable Record and reconcile daily financial transactions Maintain general ledger and journal entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor cash flow and assist with bank reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping Taxation: Prepare and file VAT, GST, and other relevant tax returns Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and inquiries Keep updated on changes in tax laws and regulations Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents Support internal and external audits Manage invoicing, receipts, and payment schedules Respond to financial inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal departments Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of experience in accounting and taxation (preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
