Role Overview: As an Access Life Cycle Specialist (Recertification) at AVP level in Pune/Bangalore, you will be part of the production support team responsible for supporting the enterprise-wide technical access recertification process. Your role will involve analyzing data and requirements, specifying functional requirements for IT implementation, enhancing team success by removing blockers, and facilitating end-user adoption for seamless integration. Additionally, you will manage project/change artifacts, understand operational and regulatory risks, and support the maintenance of IAM information assets. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and define requirements and business processes, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. - Define solutions to meet stakeholders" needs and align with the bank's strategic direction. - Ensure requirements maturity for design, development, testing, and operation by other teams. - Collaborate with other teams and vendors to ensure understanding of requirements and solutions across the organization. - Enable the bank to derive value from Access Lifecycle services. - Support contract reviews, requirements gathering, functional and technical monitoring, and appraisals. - Manage dependencies across multiple projects/products, roadmaps, and financials to aid decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Overall experience of 12+ years with a minimum of 8+ years in Identity & Access Management Domain. - Knowledge of the infrastructure domain and understanding of access management and provisioning preferred. - Customer service experience is essential. - Functional knowledge of RSA IGL, ServiceNow, Oracle Developer Tools, proficiency in SQL scripting, and Excel macros. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools, email, and general computer skills. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills. - Good verbal and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in the English language.
