ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Academy Lead / Manager

to spearhead a two-pronged initiative aimed at nurturing and sourcing high-performing retail sales talent for the beauty industry. This role is pivotal in both launching an in-house academy and building partnerships with external training institutes across India. PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Phase 1: In-House Academy Development

  • Plan and launch a structured academy that grooms learners to become top performers in beauty focused retail sales.
  • Design the full framework and go-to-market strategy for the academy. • Apply project management practices to develop business plans, monitor milestones, and report progress.
  • Lead end-to-end academy operations including curriculum design, student onboarding, program execution, graduation, and job placement.
  • Develop strategies to grow the academys reach and influence in the market. Phase 2: External Academy Partnerships
  • Establish and manage partnerships with external academies across India (e.g., TATA Strive, VLCC, Lakme, Regional AWWA, and local training institutes).
  • Lead negotiations, manage MOUs/agreements, and maintain ongoing engagement with partner institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and training partners.
  • Promote and facilitate vocational development programs tailored to industry needs.
  • Guide students through the professional development journey to ensure employability.
  • Track student success, placement outcomes, and program ROI.
  • Forecast talent needs and create development plans to match business growth.
  • Represent the brand at career fairs, admission drives, and industry forums.
