Academic Trainer

As a Trainer at My Mentor, you will be responsible for enrolling students for IELTS, SAT, GRE, and GMAT through your own efforts. You will need to handle the branch individually, manage team follow-ups and leads, and establish relationships with various stakeholders such as schools, colleges, showrooms, and travel agents. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for students preparing for IELTS Exam and other preparatory classes - Enroll students for IELTS, SAT, GRE, and GMAT through your own efforts - Manage student applications and maintain student registers and attendance records - Draft and edit SOPs & LOR for students - Provide individual classes to students and offer appropriate feedback - Make calls to new/existing clients daily using company provided data - Maintain calling sheet and list of positive prospects in Google Drive/company software - Meet monthly targets, potentially from various company services - Present My Mentor in schools/universities as a speaker Qualifications Required: - Graduate or post-graduate in a relevant field - Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field - Strong leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously If you are passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals and have experience in test preparation, we encourage you to apply for this full-time Trainer position at My Mentor.
