KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and activities at centers.
• Supervision and audit of centres.
• Work closely and communicate regularly with Headmistress and Teachers staff through various channels, take daily reports.
• Provide information and feedback to the Headmistress timely.
• Virtual learning curriculum development
• Organization and implementation of curriculum meets across India
• Coordination with HM and Principal on a day to day basis as required.
• Collection and maintenance of various centre related data
• Monitoring of admissions at centers.
• Guiding centres for publicity through events for admissions.
• Set up a new centre and training.
• Hand Holding and training of new HMs till they settle.
• Develop mutual trust and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Help the Headmistress to solve problems, rather than give direction.
• Practice active listening and take feedback seriously
• Consider the safety of the student and set clear boundaries
• Be dependable and consistent in attending meetings at the Head office.
• Progress report to Department head periodically.
• Adhere to all policies and guidelines
• Developing and monitoring of various events all-round the year
• Training development and execution.
• Interview and appointment of Headmistress
• Regular updating of the various dockets and ppts of PJK
• Analysis and maintenance of important facts and details from centres with the mentors.
• Reporting to the Director with regular updates
• Maintaining social media platforms of Prep
• Replying to parent queries and concerns if received to assure quality.
• Marketing related workshop development
• Collaterals development for Prep publicity.
• Making of Prep related material like annual planners, holiday list etc..
