Job description

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee academic delivery and administration at the designated grade level, ensuring excellence in academic results.

* Coordinate with central committees and schools to implement the curriculum as per established guidelines.

* Establish and promote high standards and expectations across all partnered schools.

* Ensure adherence to departmental policies and processes.

* Be prepared to travel within the city and occasionally to other locations; extensive travel within Karnataka is expected for the Bengaluru role.

Required Candidate Profile:

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Arts, or Commerce.

* Mandatory B.Ed qualification.

* 5 to 6 years of experience in academics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role such as Coordinator, Supervisor, HOD, Examination Head, Lead Teacher, Head Teacher, or Academic Manager.
