Job Role : Curriculum Manager  

Role Overview: 

The Category Impact Lead is responsible for driving the overall impact and success of 

programs within their category. This role involves strategic planning, program development, 

cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business and learner 

success goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Category Leadership: Lead the Impact Team for the category, taking full ownership of 

impact metrics and ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives. 

● Strategic Program Development: Identify, propose, and plan new courses and 

programs based on industry trends, evolving skill demands, and placement needs to 

support business growth. 

● Business Insight & Course Design: Translate business requirements and skill gap 

analyses into actionable and market-relevant course designs focused on learner 

success. 

● Collaboration & Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic content partnerships to 

support new course launches and enhance the category’s reach and impact. Provide the 

marketing team with insights on user personas and demand trends. 

● Best Practice Implementation: Work closely with the Program Manager to establish 

and maintain high standards, processes, and practices for delivering impactful learning 

experiences. 

● Commitment to Goals: Drive the team to achieve impact targets, ensuring high-quality 

courses and strong learner outcomes across the category.
