Job Summary

We are seeking a highly academically driven and passionate leader to join as Senior Academic Excellence Manager (Sr. AEM) for South India. The role involves mentoring a team of Academic Excellence Managers, ensuring high-quality academic implementation, and directly engaging with partner schools to drive measurable learning outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of academics, strong subject knowledge, and a passion for improving teaching and learning quality across schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide Academic Excellence Managers across South India.
• Act as the escalation point for academic and operational issues in partner schools.
• Conduct 15–20 days of school visits per month to ensure program delivery and quality.
• Train and coach teachers on SpeEdLabs’ platform, pedagogy, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals and school leaders.
• Evaluate school performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, training, and sales teams to enhance academic outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or Management (strong academic background preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or EdTech.
• Prior experience in team management or regional academic operations preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Must be proficient in English and Telugu (spoken & written).
• Must be academically sound and conceptually strong with a passion for education quality.
• Willingness to travel extensively (15–20 days/month) across South India.
• Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
